Ran 12 miles this morning.  I got off to a good start pacing at 8:44 then 8:09 for the first two miles.  Soon I dropped to a 7:45 for a few miles then cruise to MP at 7:30.  I felt pretty good afterwards.

Good training this month so far. Do you have a race planned in the near future?

Thanks again Sasha. I'm running the "Last Chance for Boston" marathon on Feb. 17, next year. Hopefully it will not be too cold, but I do my best in 25-32 degree temps. I'm really motivated to train, it is my first winter training.
