Good solid workout this afternoon.  Ran the first two miles at an easy 8:15 pace then picked up gradually to MP.  It felt really good to run back on the roads and get back into training.  I plan to get up to 60-70 miles this week.

Ran 5 easy miles on the treadmill in 45 minutes.  My legs were tight at the beginning form yesterday's run, but I did loosen and was able to hang in there.  Things are starting to look brighter!

Great half marathon this morning.  I wanted to test my current fitness level, because I'd been out for some time and now trying to find my passion for training again.  It's been a slow process, but I was able to stay close to a 7:30 pace.  I thought this was completely awesome.  My goal was to finish with 1:45, an 8 minute pace.  The temperature was 32 degrees and light snow started to fall at 5 miles.  I got pretty warm by that time, so the fresh snow was well appreciated.  Hopefully this will re-energize my training and I can work back to the high mileage arena.

Got back to action last night with an 8 miler on the treadmill.  Total training time, including a break to stretch, was 67 minutes.  The workout felt really good.  I was able to work the stiffness out of my legs by mile three or four.

Ran 2 easy miles on the Flo Valley track.  Stretched and tackled 6 miles on the hills of the outer campus loop.  There wind was fair and well appreciated around mile 4.
